RIMBORSO MAI EFFETTUATO
Effettuato ordine per sbaglio , lo segnalo subito all'assistenza , gli stessi mi rispondono che una volta effettuato il reso , avvieranno la procedura di rimborso Ebbene, sono successivamente magicamente spariti.. poff.. e stiamo parlando di 78 maledetti euro, non so cosa caspita gli costasse effettuare il rimboso... sto mettendo recensioni negative da tutte le parti sperando che molti utenti leggano e possano fallire non avendo più acquirenti

Pessimo servizio, pessima professionalità, nessuna serietà. Il primo ordine lo spediscono all'indirizzo giusto, il secondo in un fermopoint non autorizzato dal cliente. Tempi di consegna non rispettati. Pessima azienda. Ancora oggi, 07/01/2026, nessun rimborso.

Fate molta attenzione! ho fatto un ordine da 83 euro e non è mai arrivato. Il servizio clienti non da spiegazioni. Decisamente sconsiglio
