Ho aperto un reclamo su PayPal in quanto questo gentile signore, che mai rispondono alle mail o ai telefoni, non solo spesso non spediscono gli articoli ma ne refilano anche di diversi nella taglia e nel modello, senza rimborsare o dare informazioni

Ho effettuato 2 ordini il 28 luglio 2023, di articoli che prevedevano 2/3 giorni di consegna, ad oggi 11 agosto il loro stato è ancora”in elaborazione”. Ho inviato una email rimasta senza risposta, ho provato ha chiamare il numero di Gallarate ma risulta non attivo, a quello di Roma risponde la segreteria telefonica invitando a richiamare più tardi. Sul sito non è indicato come rendere la merce. Servizio pessimo da denuncia. MAI PIÙ!

La peggiore esperienza di acquisto on Line! Ho acquistato due costumi interi, ma dopo quasi un mese di attesa ho ricevuto un solo costume, bikini (da me non richiesto), del quale non so che farne. A differenza dei siti seri non ci sono i moduli per i resi, e per quanto riguarda i contatti, risponde solo un numero whatsapp, quando ne hanno voglia!
