Difendono un venditore che mi ha spedito un divano di un altro colore, pagato 5600 euro. Non rispondono più alle mail.Vergognosi.

Poca serietà
Per ben 2 volte ho comprato delle xilografie e mi è stato annullato l'ordine entrambe le volte perché il prezzo era sbagliato. Chiedo se posso sapere il prezzo corretto e mantenere la priorità sull'ordine, nel caso fossi interessato ad acquistarle comunque, dato che è stato un errore loro. Mi dicono che non è possibile e devo aspettare venerdì, quando verranno inseriti i prezzi corretti. Oggi è mercoledì e ancora non ci sono, e nemmeno ho ricevuto il rimborso del secondo ordine. Primo e ultimo tentativo con Pamono, zero professionalità.

Ho comprato una vite americana al prezzo di 25 euro. Descrizione del prodotto era arbusto di circa 75cm. Foto bellissima ecc ecc.. ho ricevuto la pianta con dimensioni di circa 25cm. Pessimo stato.. un ramoscello secco senza una foglia, credo irrecuperabile. Lo sconsiglio a chiunque.. 25 euro rubati non si lavora così... più che pessimo. Ci vuole coraggio ad inviare piante ridotte così
