Non corretti....consegnano materiale diverso
Ho ordinato un pack Bullpadel con padella e borsa portaracchette abbinate......mi hanno consegnato dei prodotti diversi e di valore molto inferiore.....senza possibilità di scelta....ma scherziamo? Come comprassi un'auto di una categoria e mi venisse consegnato un prodotto di categoria inferiore e con colore differente...... Se la cavano con un buono di 10€ su un acquisto di circa 230€.....ma siamo pazzi??????? Vergognatevi..... Non acquistate...consegnano ciò che gli pare ..... ma almeno fosse di pari valore.....e cmq fosse prima mi chiedete se lo voglio e solo se accetto me lo consegnate alt

Racchette nuove difettose
Acquistata la prima Nox Bahia ad aprile, arrivata dopo 2 mesi e dopo un mese si è gonfiato il piatto e ha iniziato a spellarsi. Dopo un mese ( per pacco smarrito da UPS) mi hanno confermato la garanzia e non essendo disponibile la Nox Bahia, ho scelto un'altra racchetta (Starvie Raptor 2022). La racchetta è arrivata il 26 settembre ma è arrivata con un difetto di fabbrica ( Diffusore rotto e non incollato) e dal rumore sembra di giocare con una padella. A oggi 04/11/2022, sto ancora cercando di risolvere il problema con l'assistenza. Da Aprile a oggi un incubo e oltre
