Ho comprato occhiali su questo sito. Veramente per la prima volta che compro occhiali online in quanto preferisco provarli sempre. Pacco arrivato in due giorni, imballo perfetto. Dato che non mi intendo molto sulle lenti cromatiche, ho telefonato per avere delle spiegazioni, assistenza perfetta - mi hanno spiegato benissimo. Sono rimasto veramente molto contento. Consiglio assolutamente.

Tutto perfetto! Occhiali arrivati in tempi brevi, ben confezionati ,a un prezzo davvero basso rispetto ai negozi! Ricomprerò!

Non assiste il cliente post vendita!
Il 09 marzo 2023 ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da vista Michael Kors , dopo di circa 2 mesi si è dissaldato un nasello e ho chiesto al venditore la sostituzione in garanzia. Ho inviato 3 mail e contattato 2 volte il servizio clienti senza mai ricevere una risposta. Ho contattato il marchio LUXOTTICA , azienda che gestisce tantissimi brand, alla quale ho rappresentato la totale assenza del venditore nel fornire assistenza. LUXOTTICA si è subito resa disponibile al ritiro dell'occhiale difettoso e all'invio di un nuovo paio di occhiali. Venditore OTTICASM con affidabilità zero, non comprate!
