Excellent support for my O2 Nail Printer V11
I contacted Pino regarding a printing issue with my machine. He promptly put me in touch with Tina and Vicky in China via a WhatsApp video call. They were incredibly professional, kind, and patient, explaining everything clearly and resolving the problem efficiently. The issue is now fully sorted, and the service exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to the whole team for your wonderful help and support!
