Ho ricevuto la promo "montaggio a €1,00 e ho cercato di ordinare le gomme che mi servivano.Quando ho cercato di effettuare l'acquisto via sito, si è bloccato sull'accesso chiedendomi la password. Io non la ricordavo e ho inserito il mio indirizzo email...ma il sito mi diceva che era un "errore"...Ho provato a riscrivermi al sito ma anche in questo caso si blocca e mi dice che il cognome non è valido.Alla fine sono andato al negozio e ho acquistato le gomme ma non è stato riconosciuta la promozione...è l'ultima volta!

Al ritiro in negozio l'articolo pagato non c'era.
Ho acquistato sul sito di e-commerce di Norauto in data 15/01/2020 un portabici per auto, omologato per bici elettriche. Ricevo la conferma dell'ordine che dice di ritirarlo nel centro da me scelto (Fiumicino), dal 22 gennaio. In tale data, alle ore 16,30 mi reco nel centro e qui mi dicono che il portabici non c'è e che non sanno se e quando potrà arrivare. Chiedo il rimborso di quanto da me pagato, che mi viene accreditato su Paypal in data 22 stesso ma con data di ricezione 25/01! Ho fatto quindi 80 chilometri a vuoto, mandando a monte una gita in bici che avevo programmato.
