Pessimo, a tratti irreale. Sono delusa e frustrata. Ho effettuato un ordine settimane fa, pagamento andato a buon fine. Questo ordine ora è inesistente. Sono giorni che provo a contattarli senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Sto procedendo con il mio legale, perché questa cosa è inammissibile, soprattutto perché mi sono stati sottratti 200€, non 5, non 10, ma 200. Pessimi pessimi pessimi. Non cascateci.

Ordinato il materiale x il compleanno del mio nipotino in quanto la data massima di consegna era perfetta. Dopo 2 giorni controllo sul mio account e non vedo l"ordine.Telefono, lascio il nessaggio alla segreteria e invio una mail, nessuna risposta. Riprovo dopo 2 giorni lascio nuovamente un messaggio arrabbiato e finalmente mi richiamano dicendo che il materiale non sarebbe arrivato in tempo. Mi arrampico per trovare lo stesso prodotto in altri siti e poiché le persone nelle aziende fanno la differenza il giorno dopo avevo il materiale. Compleanno riuscito. 1 Stella per l'accredito veloce.
