Il 21 aprile scorso acquisto, per €121, 20 mascherine ffp2, ordine da evadere in 5-7 gg. Il 27 ricevo, attraverso paypal una richiesta immotivata ed ingiustificata di ulteriori 24 euro. Alle mie rimostranze ed all'intimazione di inviare il materiale acquistato rispondono con un messaggio di scuse "si è trattato di un errore" le comunicheremo il tracking della spedizione. Da quel momento l'assistenza clienti non risponde alle mail....

Ho ordinato materiale fotovoltaico, poi il sito è andato in manutenzione, e nessuna risposta, nemmeno telefonando. Avendo acquistato già da loro, sicuro di avere un servizio eccellente come alcuni anni fà. Invece, ho fortunatamente acquistato con paypal, il ke, ho aperto una controversia per materiale non ricevuto dopo 20 giorni. Sto attendendo ancora il rimborso.

Ordine per un kit di pannelli solari da 180W. Regolarmente processato, cancellato dopo 4 giorni senza alcuna spiegazione. Soldi riaccreditiati su carta.
