Ottimo assolutamente consigliato
Ero cliente di un altro web shop, ho scoperto venditore che acquistava da MSW e rivendeva al doppio, Con questo web shop ho avuto correttezza professionale assistenza addirittura dal titolare risolvendo assieme a me un problema riscontrato su un DVR, ho acquistato ben 4 Videocamere prontamente sostituite perchè non compatibili con il mio ambiente. Ne ho acquistate altre tre per la mia residenza . Il titolare Mario è più che disponibile.La garanzia di qualuque venditore esige imballi originali integri per la restituzione è ovvio ! se no il prodotto va in assistenza.

Assistenza in garanzia assente
Pochi mesi fa ho acquistato un dvr per le Telecamere di videosorveglianza. La scorsa settimana improvvisamente si è rotto. Il venditore per darmi assistenza è quindi sostituire il prodotto difettoso non solo vuole che la spedizione sia a mio carico ma deve avere la scatola originale. Scatola che io non ho e quindi mi ha detto che non se ne può fare niente.
