attenzione ai rinnovi automatici con prezzi alti
l'interfaccia grafica è ottimale ma nel periodo di utilizzo le banche dati del sito non mi hanno dato alcun aiuto. In compenso il sito rinnova automaticamente l'iscrizione a prezzo pieno a cui ovvimanete va aggiunta l'iva senza nessuna richiesta da parte dell'utente. Servizio di assistenza inesistente tutto automatico con risposte che generiche spesso non risolvono il problema ma con nessuna possibilità di avere un interlocutore umano. Anche via email la risposta arriva dopo parecchi giorni ed anche in questo caso non comprendono il problema e la risoluzione non c'è. Insomma se hai un problema
