Ho ricevuto i prodotti in pessime condizioni totalmente danneggiati. Ho subito segnalato al venditore la situazione, nel pacco non era presente imballaggio adeguato e metà prodotti erano destinati ad un regalo, cosa che non mi è possibile nelle condizioni di ricezione prodotti. Nonostante la tempestiva segnalazione il servizio clienti non mi ha minimamente aiutato a risolvere. Sarà il primo ed ultimo acquisto...

Gentile Daniele, come le abbiamo risposto anche altrove, le abbiamo dato la possibilità di effettuare il reso che lei ha rifiutato ed ha avviato anche un reclamo. Le abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di rimediare ma lei ha rifiutato. Da termini e condizioni, che lei ha accettato prima di effettuare l'acquisto, il reso è gratuito e il rimborso è in 1-2 giorni lavorativi ma comprende la spedizione a suo carico se il prodotto arriva danneggiato durante il trasporto da terzi. Ci siamo messi a totale sua disposizione offrendole un codice sconto e una maggiore attenzione sui suoi prossimi ordini ma, come già detto, lei non ci ha dato questa possibilità.
