Faren Melt disgorgante
Ho ordinato due bottiglie di faren melt disgorgante da 750 ml con acido e prima di effettuare l'ordine ho contattato il numero di telefono per verificare che il negozio on line esistesse e che il prodotto fosse disponibile. L'operatrice che mi ha risposto mi ha rassicurato dicendomi che avevano le ultime due bottiglie e che come nuovo cliente avrei ricevuto il 5% di sconto sull'acquisto. Il risultato è stato che non ho ricevuto nessun tipo di sconto e che le bottiglie di disgorgante che mi sono state consegnate non corrispondevano a quelle dell'ordine. La consegna è avvenuta in ritardo.
