Venditore non affidabile, sconsigliato
Venditore sconsigliato. Ho chiesto il ricambio di due foglie di un lampadario in cristallo di Murano, ho pagato anticipatamente ed il tutto doveva essermi consegnato entro 60 gg dal pagamento. Mi è stato detto, al momento del pagamento, che il lavoro era fattibile e mi sarebbe stato consegnato anche prima dei 60 gg. Sono passati 6 mesi senza avere quanto pagato dopo innumerevoli telefonate e solleciti. Venditore non affidabile. Sconsigliato.

Ho pagato in anticipo alcuni pezzi di ricambio e dopo un anno e molteplici scuse ( da volontario in partenza per l’alluvione a magazzino chiuso per ferie) non ho ricevuto niente, semplicemente una ******.

Rimborsata
Ricambi lampadario mai ricevuti. Dopo 6 mesi sono stata rimborsata dopo segnalazione all’istituto di credito e i miei campioni mi sono stati rispediti nelle medesime condizioni in cui li ho inviati.

Da evitare.
Da evitare. Vendono ricambi e lampadari attraverso diversi siti, fate attenzione sono tutti riconducibili alla società fabbrica lampadari murano srls. Rimandano la consegna con scuse assurde dopo aver effettuato il pagamento e ritirato i ricambi finché non rispondono più. Aggiornamento 02.08.20203 Dopo aver aperto segnalazione all'emittente della carta di credito sono stata interamente rimborsata (acquisto effettuato in data 18.01.2023). In seguito, i campioni sono stati restituiti
