PESSIMO !!! È un xxxx? Denuncio L accaduto alle forze dell’ordine Ho Ordinato e pagato il 18 luglio 2018 ben 88, 83 euro con addebito bancario . Ho richiesto più volte quando sarebbe arrivata la merce e all’inizio del mi hanno risposto di attendere perché non sapevano . Allora ho disdetto ordine nei termini e richiesti accrediti . Ho sollecitato più volte ma SONO SPARITI E HANNO TRATTENUTO TUTTO IL DENARO

il 19.7.2018 ho fatto un acquisto on line su questo sito www.mumetaz.com. Mi hanno addebitato subito euro 8,83 . ho scritto mail chiedendo quando sarebbe stato consegnato e mi hanno risposto sempre molto vagamente chiedendo di attendere perche' non sapevano quando avrebbero consegnato. il 29 luglio ho esercitato il diritto di recesso ai sensi del DLGs 206/2005 e comunicato loro .Mi rispondono che devo aspettare che devono processare le richieste
