Ho acquistato delle scarpe mou dal sito ufficiale, il prodotto era difettoso, dopo aver far fatto il reso, sto aspettando da più di 20 giorni il rimborso, l ‘assistenza clienti come sempre non serve a niente.

Articolo ordinato non disponibile dopo il pagament
Ordinato un paio di scarpe su sito ufficiale il venerdì mattina. Chiedo tramite mail i tempi di spedizione, mi rispondono con la solita filippica prestampata del covid e dei corrieri. Il lunedí mattina mi scrivono che il prodotto non é disponibile. Chiedo il rimborso ma neanche una mail in giornata in cui mi rassicurano dell'avvenuto rimborso. Non hanno gli articoli che risultano sul sito e non rimborsano i denaro dei clienti??? Strano. Vediamo quando rimborseranno.

Ho acquistato in data 17 marzo 2 paia di mou,allarmandomi del fatto che dopo 6 giorni non avevo nemmeno ricevuto una mail con i dettagli di spedizione ho chiamato ,mi hanno risposto che non avevano ricevuto nessun pagamento.chiaramente il pagamento era stato fatto fortunatamente con PayPal che mi risarcirà.peccato perché era il regalo per una persona che sta molto male .
