Ho acquistato un paracarene in pre-ordine con consegna dal 21 al 24 gennaio 2025. Contattato il sevizio clienti perché ho visto sul sito che il pezzo era disponibile in magazzino e mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto aspettare i tempi previsti per la consegna. Il 29.10.24 ho visto sul sito lo stesso pezzo a un prezzo inferiore e con consegna immediata e quindi faccio il nuovo acquisto per risparmiare e avere il pezzo prima facendo anche l'annullamento dell'ordine precedente. Magicamente ora possono spedire sia l'ultimo acquisto sia il primo non accettando l'annullamento. Gestione non corretta

2 giorni, 2 errori: si può fare peggio?
Ho ordinato una coppia di TELAI porta borse per la moto e me ne è arrivato uno solo. Il giorno dopo mi è arrivata una mail di consegna avvenuta di un secondo pacchetto ma a casa mia non si è visto nessuno. Sono ancora in attesa di recuperare almeno metà della cifra, ma una cosa è sicura: MAI PIU'!
