La Moretti Food è un’azienda a conduzione familiare, situata a Marano Principato, in provincia di Cosenza, che produce un’ampia gamma di specialità di salumeria tipica calabrese e non solo. Il rispetto per la tradizione rappresenta la loro linea guida, visibile grazie alle tecniche di produzione adoperate, tramandate di generazione in generazione e perfezionate poi con il tempo attraverso moderne tecnologie. La loro forza sta nella collocazione geografica dell’azienda, dal clima favorevole che migliora la stagionatura dei prodotti , requisito essenziale all’efficienza della produzione. Infatti grazie alla conoscenza del territorio ed al tempo che l’intero team dedica ogni giorno al sano lavoro, sono riusciti a selezionare i migliori prodotti dell’amata Calabria: nduja di spilinga, soppressata, salsiccia, prosciutto, olio, confetture di cipolla,olive e melanzane, miele, e tantissimi accessori che completano il tour della degustazione de “ i prodotti tipici calabresi ”. La Moretti Food è da oltre 25 anni che vede i suoi prodotti ben inserirsi nel marcato nazionale e internazionale, online ed offline e, contraddistinguersi per la ricercata integrazione tra tradizione e innovazione , che d’altronde ne determina la qualità dei prodotti stessi. “Passione e dedizione” rappresentano per l’azienda la chiave del loro lavoro, della loro esperienza e del loro successo. I salumi di Calabria sono Moretti.

Good products but TERRIBLE customer relations
Ord. 14664. I am informing you that I am seriously considering whether it is appropriate to continue purchasing from you. The order was placed on Saturday the 13th, and on Monday the 15th, you already indicated it as “completed” in the morning. This means it was available to the courier on Monday morning. Yesterday, Wednesday, at my urging, I received communication from you and the courier that the package was on its way. The courier suggested a “pickup point,” and I agreed, but a short while ago (Thursday the 18th at 2:20 PM) it was delivered to my home. Fortunately, I was there! The package had suffered from 4 days

After many purchases, without any complaints to make, I happened to receive this last shipment with the Scalda-'Nduja broken. Nothing serious, an oversight in packaging (item placed directly in contact with the inner side of the box and with the weight of the cured meats "on top") and the jostling during transit by the couriers caused this minor damage, which will be resolved by sending another Scalda-'Nduja as promised by the very fast and efficient automated customer service via Whatsapp. As for the quality of the products, I refer to my previous reviews.
