Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato un prodotto nuovo, pagato regolarmente, e mi è stato consegnato già danneggiato. Ho contattato l’azienda aspettandomi almeno un’assistenza decente, e invece mi sono sentito trattato con arroganza e supponenza. La risposta che ho ricevuto è stata non solo poco professionale, ma anche offensiva: mi è stato detto che non sono in grado di sistemare il prodotto da solo, come se fosse un problema mio. Ricordo che il prodotto è uscito danneggiato direttamente dal loro magazzino. Assolutamente deluso, eviterò in futuro .

Ho ordinato dell merce di importo notevole (oltre 300 euro), direttamente dal sito mio-giardino.it. Purtroppo la merce è arrivata danneggiata e rotta. Su consiglio anche del corriere, la merce è stata quindi respita (con annotazione sul foglio della consegna). Ho provato più volte a contattare il sito mio-giardino.it sia telefonicamente che via email per avere la merce oppure il rimborso di quanto speso. Non mai ricevuto risposta. Credo sia un sito ****** da evitare assolutamente.
