Stufa mai arrivata i
Ho comprato una stufa che doveva essere consegnata il 8 settembre mai arrivata, ogni volta mi raccontano balle, o l'indirizzo e sbagliato o problemi con il corriere, adesso silenzio totale non provano più di giustificarsi, ho tre bambini e due anziani a casa ed iniziato a far veramente freddo e siamo già il 18 ottobre.

Acquisto il 3 settembre, mail con tracking mai arrivata, più richieste di consegna al servizio clienti, risposta consegna tra 11 e 12 settembre. Nessun arrivo, rinvio mail al servizio clienti, risposta smarrimento pacco da parte del corriere, nuova indicazione di consegna tra 19 e 20 settembre. Telefonata dal servizio clienti prodotto non più disponibile. Per rimborso indicata possibilità di oltre 10 giorni. Sul sito ancora in vendita il prodotto.

J'ai passé une commande de 3 climatiseurs sur ...
J'ai passé une commande de 3 climatiseurs sur site le 6 mars,qui n'ont jamais été préparé et expédié, pour un montant de 2590,50 euro. La personne est de mauvaise foi....elle a d'abord prétendu que mon paiement avait été annulé....1 semaine après a confirmer avoir reçu le paiement et qu'elle allait procéder à la préparation de la commande....et qu'elle allait fournir un lien de suivi du transport. Depuis 15 jours silence radio total. J'ai du lancer une procédure à la banque et déposer plainte...ne vous faites pas avoir.....c'est un site marchand malhonnête !!!!
