Ordinato in data 05/05/22 un volume che risultava "disponibile" sull'e-shop, selezionando la consegna in 3/4 giorni lavorativi. Il giorno 06/05 telefono per assincerarmi che il libro mi arrivasse in tempo, e mi viene risposto che a loro volta lo devono ordinare poiché non dispinibile nei loro magazzini. E perché allora truffate le persone facendo credere che la merce sia disponibile? Ad oggi 12/05 ore 11:00 il libro non mi è ancora stato recapitato, pur avendo più volte specificato che si trattava di un ordine urgente e pur avendo più volte chiesto di annullare l'ordine. Pessimi.
