Pessima esperienza, da non ripetere. 1: ho atteso 2 settimane per ricevere l’ordine senza che nessuno sapesse dirmi quando sarebbe arrivato. 2: arrivato il pacco, il packaging era terribile, nemmeno fossero stati stracci. 3: per fare un reso, ho dovuto chiamare ogni giorno per una settimana. 4: il reso si può prenotare solo nel pomeriggio, peccato che il corriere passi solo la mattina (com’è possibile?!). 5: il personale del call center, per quanto gentile, non ha alcun controllo della situazione ed è bloccato di default. 6: dopo oltre tre settimane dall’ordine, non so ancora come finirà.
