Esperienza terrificante!A partire dalla logistica che non invia una mail di spedizione del pacco, passando per un servizio clienti che non risponde mai a decine di emails inviate e contattato per telefono diverse volte, non ha mai dato una risposta e tanto meno richiamato. Contattati via PayPal, non ricevi risposte concrete ma prese in giro per prendere tempo ed evitare l'escalation.Ho effettuato 3 ordini tra il 2 e l'8 Gennaio con un esborso immediato di quasi CHF 3'000 e ad oggi 15.2, ho restituito o non ricevuto più di CHF 1'000 di merce. Non serve aggiungere altro.
