Ieri avevo lasciato una recensione negativa e ad oggi non cambia ma c'è un aggiornamento: stamattina, 05/09/2023, risulta il rimborso di 4.17 euro sulla mia postepay. Ma ho l'impressione che mi abbiano rimborsata soltanto perché mi sono arrabbiata e parecchio, e non va bene comunque.. Vista la pessima esperienza di acquisto online la sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque, e ugualmente non tornerò più in questa farmacia né tantomeno ordinerò online

Pessimi! Non fate acquisti online!
Ho fatto un ordine online di euro 61.17 e dentro al pacco trovo uno scontrino con importo 57 euro e mancano 3 barrette. Contatto l'assistenza clienti, mi reco anche di persona piú volte presso il punto vendita di Albano Laziale ma loro sostengono di aver effettuato il rimborso tramite una presunta ricevuta di storno. Ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto il rimborso e alla mia richiesta di vedere il movimento bancario di rimborso anziché un qualsiasi pdf di storno sono spariti. HANNO PERSO UN CLIENTE
