Buongiorno, dopo una settimana e mezza ad inseguire il mio pacco mi arrendo. Ho acquistato un vestito per la cerimonia di laurea e ho pagato 15 euro di spedizione perché vivo in Francia. Tra problemi con la comunicazione del mio indirizzo, la possibilità di non ricevere il pacco in un punto ti ritiro e la difficoltà di contattare il corriere, questa spedizione non è mai stata effettuata e il mio pacco è stato perso. Ho chiamato 7 volte il vostro servizio clienti ma niente è stato risolto anche con la mia richiesta di urgenza. Richiedo quindi il rimborso del vestito e il risarcimento.
