Biglietteria affidabile, super consigliata
Ho acquistato on line 2 biglietti per uno spettacolo all'aperto ma per un imprevisto non potevo andarci, ho chiamato Liveticket, mi hanno risposto subito, non come altre biglietterie che fanno attendere ore, e nonostante lo spettacolo fosse il giorno successivo mi hanno rimborsato, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili aiutandomi a fare la richiesta di rimborso

Terribile, davvero terribile
Terribile, davvero terribile, ho provato ad acquistare dei biglietti usando 5 carte diverse, di 3 banche diverse, esito sempre negativo; sento le mie banche e confermano che da parte loro la transazione è autorizzata correttamente, chiamo liveticket e incolpano unicredit (banca che gestisce la transazione per il sito), chiamo unicredit e danno colpa a liveticket... ma non finisce qua, rassegnato vado presso i punti liveticket convenzionati di Brescia, continuano a dire che i biglietti arriveranno a giorni, ma alla fine non ci sono mai, nonostante la disponibilità ci sia. Imbarazzante.
