Azienda scorretta e merce scadente
Il 7.7.2024 ho acquistato una tovaglia colorata sul sito WWW.lisolastore.it per Eur 68,44. Le istruzioni di lavaggio, ALL'ATTO DELL'ACQUISTO, non recavano l'indicazione "lavare separatamente" o"lavare con colori simili"(presente anche su capi di scarso valore!).Quindi, pur seguendole ho macchiato altri capi con danno di circa 150 euro. Dopo il mio reclamo HANNO SUBITO MODIFICATO LE ISTRUZIONI SUL SITO, RECEPENDO IN PRATICA LE MIE CONTESTAZIONI riconoscendole quindi valide. Ho chiesto rifusione del prezzo ma ottenuto buono di 10 eur(quindi con mia ulteriore spesa).

Molto soddisfatta
A parte un lievissimo contrattempo sulla consegna ma risolto immediatamente e sempre nel rispetto della tempistica programmata sottolineando anche la cortesia con la quale sono stata trattata, ho acquistato 2 telo mare con ricamo molto belli e di buona qualità. Sicuramente comprerò ancora.
