Non buona esperienza. Scritto disponibilità immediata del prodotto ma una volta ordinato e pagato non più disponibile. Dopo varie mail alle quali non hanno risposto hanno restituito i soldi.

Tempi biblici per ricevere il prodotto in Sicilia
Ho comprato 2 libri, in data 20/11/2024 e a tutt' oggi 2/12/2024 ancora non mi sono stati consegnati. Posso capire che in Sicilia i corrieri ci mettono 24 ore in più. Ma sono passati 12gg. Come sperate di fare concorrenza al maggior fornitore di prodotti al mondo che vende gli stessi libri,agli stessi prezzi, ma con un servizio spedizione velocissimo? Oltretutto avete un corriere che, forse sarà il più economico, ma ha vinto l'oscar della lentezza. Risparmiate da un lato, ma perdete i clienti dall'altro. vi suggerisco di correggere il reparto spedizioni. Cordiali saluti
