Negative experience. The lacquering was unfinished, the top drawer did not slide well due to the poorly mounted guide screws which scratched the side panel. The front design was misaligned between the two drawers, and the delivery time was much longer than the promised month. Therefore, the quality is not worth the requested price.

Ma il servizio finora offerto, l'assistenza all'acquisto, l'assistenza per la spedizione, limballo dei colli, tutto da 10 e lode. Appena monterò i mobili farò recensione completa con foto. Ogni fase, dalla scelta al ricevimento, è stata gestita con una fluidità inaspettata.

I ordered a mirror, it arrived broken at its destination. I filed a complaint and the company told me to get it repaired in my area. I had it repaired, spending 60 euros. I sent the prefecture a claim, but no response. The problem is still with me! I advise against buying anything. Lack of seriousness.

The bathroom wall cabinet has a shelf attached crookedly with a height difference of over a centimeter, which is perfectly visible to the naked eye. Meanwhile, the bathroom base cabinet has the back panel on one side mounted crookedly because it sticks out and doesn't fit well with the rest of the cabinet's corners. Also, the top panel of the cabinet, for which I had requested rounded corners, has visible joints. I'd say I'm a bit disappointed with the work, especially after 5 months of waiting; I expected an impeccable job, as I had always explained clearly how I wanted them to be. Nevertheless, it's pretty decent overall, so I'm giving it 3 stars.
