esperienza negativa, ho acquistato in luglio nr 9 faretti led ip65 grigio satinato , ad ottobre ho deciso di aumentare i faretti ed ho riacquistato medesimo codice articolo e colore con l'aggiunta di un dimmer. ho ricevuto nr 4 faretti solito colore invece che satinati lucidi , dopo aver contattato l'assistenza e inviato foto mi hanno risposto che per loro andavano bene! mi sono arrangiato ! dopo un giorno il dimmer ha smesso di funzionare, ho riparlato con l'assistenza la quale dopo tanti discorsi mi ha chiesto una prova video, dopo la prova video mi ha chiesto di restituire il dimmer a spese
