Pessimi, un disastro!!!
Poco prima della consegna mi inviano un mess dicendomi che il corriere chiede un extra di 275 € e mi dicono di pagare. Rispondo che nel sito c'è scritto che la consegna è gratuita, pertanto non spetta a me pagare ma a loro. Fanno orecchie da mercante e a ogni mio messaggio per sapere come procedere, mi dicono sempre di pagare. Ripeto che questo dell'extra è un loro problema. Mi dicono che parleranno con il corriere e mi faranno sapere. NULLA, il tempo passa. Riscrivo. Niente. Perdo la pazienza, mi chiamano dalla Francia, per ripetere le stesse cose, decido di annullare l'ordine! MAI PIÙ!!!!!!!

Come si dice dalle mie parti…. Tutto una chiavica!!! La casetta delle bambole è più resistente! Per non parlare del montaggio con istruzioni a dir poco incomprensibili!!! Uno schifo
