********** incalliti. Presa vending machine online a Luglio 2022, non mi e' mai stata consengata, adducendo mille scuse tecniche e burocratiche. A gennaio 2023 mi si propone un rimborso che io accetto subito, ma non viene mai liquidato. Quindi rimango senza macchina, senza rimborso e senza 9000€ pagati via bonifico anticipatamente. Conclusione: denuncia dai Carabinieri e GDF per ****** a marzo 2023. Avrei dovuto guardare online le recensioni. Gli individui che gestiscono l'azienda sono disonesti e hanno una storia di ****** che va indietro di diversi anni...

Gentilissimo Signor Carlo, proprio perchè Lei dopo un po ci ha informato della chiusura della sua attività e non sapendo come, quando e dove inviare la vending machine che lei ha ordinato, siamo rimasti in attesa che lei ci informasse e ci desse delucidazioni. Informazioni che ad oggi non sono pervenute alla scrivente se non quelle di ricevere la somma pagata. La sua vending è pronta ad essere spedita e lo faremo noi di ns iniziativa in assenza totale di sue info a riguardo ed all'indirizzo che ci ha fornito all'ordine. Che Lei abbia cessato l'attività non puo certamente avere ripercussioni sul nostro operato perchè la vending l'abbiamo acquistata per Lei. In caso contrario potremmo rimetterla sul mercato, essendo nuova ed imballata ed attendere che qualcuno possa acquistarla. In questo modo se è impossibilitato a riceverla per motivi suoi personali ne potrà trarre beneficio ricevendo la somma pagata.
