T*** e costretta a non partire
Ho prenotato a febbraio 2020 un'auto per agosto 2020 in sardegna. Mi somo mossa per tempo proprio perché ci sono cifre esorbitanti ad agosto in sardegna. Mi arriva oggi una email con la quale mi scrivono che come da mia. Richiesta (?) la prenotazione è cancellata.morale: i prezzi che trovo pra sono triplicati e io non posso permettermi di noleggiare una macchina a queste tariffe. Cosi perderò le vacanze senza nemmeno una spiegazione telefonica. Solo una misera email. In tanti anni mai successo nulla di simole. Sconsigliatissimo

Scarsissimi, un servizio al limite
Scarsissimi, un servizio al limite,, semplicmente un broker on line che ti segnala buoni prezzi ma poi arrivonoano le sorpese.... ti dicono che le prenotazioni sono cancellabili entro le 08:30 del mattino, peccato che il call center inizi a rispondere alle 9... pessimo servizio , sconsigliatissimo!!! Potete tranquillamente provare direttamente i siti web delle aziende... meglio che perdere tempo con questi...

PESSIMA ASSISTENZA
Ho prenotato il noleggio di un veicolo (oggi per domani) tramite questo broker, pagando anticipatamente tramite carta di credito. Dopo circa 30 mn dalla transazione è subentrato un problema e dovevo disdire la prenotazione. Se ne sono lavati le mani dicendo che la compagnia di noleggio non accettava annullamenti con così poco preavviso, e che l'importo era perso, inoltre dopo le 17 il call center non risponde più al telefono. Fortuna che ho risolto direttamente con il noleggiatore! MAI PIU'!. ,
