Una stella perché meno non si può. Poca serietà
Una stella perché meno non si può. Ordinato uno shampoo da 500 ml con spedizione prevista in 48h. Dopo 5 giorni senza tracking li contatto e mi dicono che il prodotto è esaurito, proponendomi il flacone da 250 ml al posto di quello acquistato. Rifiuto e chiedo il rimborso, che confermano senza però inviare alcuna documentazione valida. Dopo quasi un mese non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Al mio ultimo contatto sostengono di aver effettuato il bonifico, inviandomi una prova che sembra palesemente falsa. Esperienza pessima, poca serietà e assistenza inesistente.
