Direi Totalmente negativa, ho acquistato un prodotto dal sito web, me ne hanno inviato un'altro, a mie spese ho provveduto a rinviarlo per la sostituzione, dopodichè mi viene comunicato che il prodotto non è più disponibile e quindi mi dovrebbero rimborsare quanto pagato senza il costo di rispedizione del materiale ricevuto errato. Be per farla breve a distanza di 4 mesi e con solleciti giornalieri non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso, la risposta : l'amministrazione è da un'altra parte come se non si riuscisse a comunicare tra loro. Siamo nel 2023/2024 quindi sarebbe opportuno pagare e basta.
