Professionalitá zero, assistenza anche peggio... Un paio di anni fa abbiamo comprato presso di loro un dispenser dell'acqua. A seguito di un guasto, in quanto si sospettava un malfunzionamento del termostato, abbiamo provveduto a contattare l'assistenza. Dopo la prima e la seconda volta, ci hanno chiesto di allegare delle foto al fine di valutare il danno e redigere un preventivo... preventivo che ad oggi ( dopo due mesi dal primo contatto ), non risulta ancora pervenuto nonostante il sollecito. Fortemente sconsigliato!

Esperienza da non ripetere
Ho acquistato un ecodopler fetale da Govita. Non comprate! Poco seri. Ho provato a richiedere un reso mezz’ora dopo averlo ricevuto. Non mi hanno più risposto!!!! Inaffidabilità assoluta Tutto documentabile con e-mail e chat whatsapp.

La merce è arrivata in ritardo, ho cercato di effettuare il reso, dopo diverse mail sono riuscito ad avere l'indirizzo per il reso (a mie spese ca. 17 EUR), su un pagamento di 59 EUR mi son stati rimborsati solo 50 EUR. Il reso non è mai stato usato ed era ancora nella confezione originale. Difficile contattarli, non rispondono a Whatsapp e l'indirizzo mail che appare sul sito NON ESISTE. Pessima esperienza assolutamente da evitare. Aggiorno la recensione anche se non cambio le valutazioni.
