Ho preso un pacchetto per la salita al secondo piano della torre Eiffel con opzione sommità o crociera a 65 euro a persona. Arrivati sul posto,non era possibile scegliere alcuna opzione e il biglietto che io ho pagato 65 euro ,sul posto costa 28, più del doppio. Il servizio clienti nega la mia prenotazione,dicendo che non devo guardare il prezzo sul posto e se provo a mandare una email per la richiesta di rimborso, l'app mi blocca e non mi fa concludere... Nessuno da una spiegazione. Nessuna assistenza.

Rifiuto al rimborso A causa della grafica ingannevole sul loro sito , ho acquistato 2 biglietti per ‘mini europe’ al posto di ‘Atomium’ , lo scorso 12 agosto a Bruxelles . Nonostante la tempestività della richiesta e la non fruizione dei biglietti sbagliati, si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmeli accampando scuse ridicole . Ho aperto una pratica con Paypal e non finisce qui ! State alla larga
