Il copri topper puzzava di pesce, un odore nauseante e il lattice al suo interno lo abbiamo trovato macchiato e in un punto addirittura tagliato. Del resto la spedizione velocissima, e il topper al momento comodo. Lavando il copri topper la puzza è andata via per fortuna ma il taglio al lattice e la macchia rimarranno sicuramente.

Disappointing experience, unfortunately
Ordered two single hybrid pocket spring mattresses, the description mentioned a "semi-firm and a firm side." Once opened, and after waiting more than 48 hours for them to fully expand, the mattresses turned out to be very yielding and soft. Immediately sent a PEC (certified email) to request a return and refund. After all, if we hadn't opened the mattresses, we wouldn't have known about their consistency (returning products just because they are unopened isn't justifiable), and the Consumer Code D.Lgs. 206/2005 gave us the right to do so. Ten days have passed, and they haven't even responded...
