Prodotti scadenti e assistenza pessima. Ho acquistato una sdtaio a maggio, secondo il loro sito portata 150 kg usata una decina di volte (l'ho acquistata soprattutto da portate quando faccio i mercatini) si è rotta e non è stata applicata nessuna garanzia. Ne ho una acquistata altrove con portata di peso inferiore in uso dal 2022 e ancora resiste. Certo quella con portata inferiore è più grossa con parti in metallo mentre quella di Franzys ha le stesse parti in plastica scadente. Mi hanno offerto uno sconto (su altro prodotto scadente) ma nessuna garanzia. Mai più.
