Esperienza estremamente negativa. NON COMPRATE !!!
Esperienza estremamente negativa. Ordine effettuato il 13/09/2025 e mai gestito correttamente. Dopo numerosi contatti telefonici e WhatsApp ci è sempre stato detto che la merce sarebbe partita a breve, cosa mai avvenuta. Il 1/11/2025 inviamo una PEC rimasta senza risposta. Il 17/11/2025 siamo costretti a rivolgerci a un avvocato: solo dopo la sua lettera viene spedita parte dell’ordine. Ad oggi, 11/01/2026, mancano ancora 3 articoli. Comportamento poco professionale e inaccettabile. Sconsigliato.

MEGLIO NON PAGARE PRIMA!
Ho acquistato presso di loro una ***** ad immersione. Dopo una settimana dal pagamento, non avendo ricevuto notizie, li contatto su whatsapp. Mi rispondono dicendomi che aspettano di ricevere la merce che doveva già essere in viaggio verso di loro. Dopo altre 2 settimane li ricontatto: il buio! Non rispondono ai messaggi, al telefono ne alle mail. Ho inviato una PEC chiedendo la restituzione dei soldi. Vediamo come va a finire. Di certo ho perso tempo e credibilità verso chi aspettava una ***** da me e ancora non gliela posso montare.

Cristian dalla Sardegna, ho ordinato un contenitore per l'olio, arrivato in tempi rapidi. Ottimo prodotto. Ho contattato per telefono il titolare del negozio che è stato gentile disponibile e professionale. Consiglio vivamente questo punto vendita. Soddisfatto alla grande.
