Si tratta di accessori per il fitness e la corsa; ho comprato il modello di orologio più completo e dopo 4 mesi non mi funzionava più. Ho chiamato l'assistenza e dapprima sono sembrati/e molto competenti/e, gentili e disponibili. Peccato che mi hanno spedito un orologio sostitutivo sbagliato e che se non avessi fatto la voce grossa mi avrebbero tenuto altri 15 giorni senza orologio. Il secondo orologio sostitutivo non va troppo bene e ho dovuto procedere a spese mie alla rispedizione di quello sbagliato, in attesa del rimborso.
