Buoni a prendere i soldi
Ho fatto un ordine dopo avere avuto uno scambio di email, ho pagato e poi silenzio. Dopo dieci giorni ho chiesto informazioni e mi hanno detto che il prodotto non era più disponibile. Ma se non mi facevo vivo io loro non si erano preoccupati di avvisare e fare il rimborso.

Ho acquistato online alcune paia di guanti in neoprene. Hanno invece inviato a mia insaputa guanti in lattice e di altra marca. No comunicazione, no avviso spedizione, no codice tracciatura.
