Purtroppo, non è stata una buona esperienza. Mi hanno inviato un ricambio non compatibile. Ho chiesto la loro collaborazione per capire come risolvere il problema rapidamente in quanto con una caldaia ferma in pieno inverno con una persona che sta poco bene non è una consegna come un’altra. Hanno rifiutato di parlarmi al telefono: non è possibile, solo chat! Hanno tergiversato per una giornata intera senza poi nemmeno rispondere più, salvo quando, dopo aver risolto con altro fornitore, si sono fatti vivi, in quanto gli ho anticipato che non avrei lasciato una buona recensione.

Ho ordinato un ricambio per una stufa pellets dalla Germania, sapendo che avrei passato una settimana di ferie in Italia ho dato l'indirizzo di mia sorella come recapito. Purtroppo nella fretta ho dato l'indirizzo vecchio. Il pacco sarebbe arrivato il giorno dopo. Invece è arrivato due giorni dopo ma all'indirizzo giusto. Che dire... un bel grazie a Fausto Ricambi. Non solo aveva il prezzo migliore, ma si è anche preoccupato di farmi ricevere la merce nonostante il mio errore del destinatario. Un servizio eccellente, lo consiglio a tutti. Vittorio
