Ho commesso l’errore di non controllare prima le recensioni, altrimenti avrei evitato questo sito. Dopo l’acquisto, mi hanno comunicato di non avere il prodotto e, nonostante i numerosi solleciti, aspetto il rimborso da oltre un mese e mezzo. Solo messaggi automatici, nessuna soluzione. Sito da evitare assolutamente!

E' quasi un mese e mezzo che aspetto un rimborso per un ordine annullato da loro per mancanza di prodotti! una vergogna! nemmeno il metodo di contatto è dei migliori. Non si può avere un dialogo poiché la risposta viene generata automaticamente da un indirizzo di posta elettronica di solo invio! Lo sconsiglio vivamente

Dal 6/2/2025, quando ho effettuato un ordine (numero 401902780) non ho avuto nessuna notizia nè tantomeno mi è stata consegnata la merce. Su mio reclamo, mi è stato inviato un codice di tracciabilità INESISTENTE. Procederò presso gli organi competenti. State alla LARGA da queso merketplace.

Il mio ordine bloccato senza sapere il perché, ho provato a contattare più volte il servizio clienti senza alcun risultato, mandata una mail dicendo che volevo il rimborso e miracolosamente parte la spedizione, ovviamente l'ordine non é completo, mancano degli articoli ma non dice quali...e comunque in tutto questo non ho mai avuto il piacere di parlare con qualcuno.
