alla faccia dei 3/5 giorni da ordine alla consegna ordinato dei farmaci . ho dovuto aspettare 16 giorni per la consegna. alla faccia del servizio alla clientela. nel frattempo ho dovuto comprare farmaci da altra fonte. assistenza fornitore : zero

Esperienza da incubo.
Esperienza da incubo. Ordine effettuato il 4 settembre. Prima spedizione mai arrivata. Seconda spedizione arrivata dopo 18 giorni dall'ordine, ma con un articolo mancante. Nessun rimborso, nessun nuovo invio nonostante le numerose segnalazioni. Il servizio clienti ha semplicemente smesso di rispondere, sia al telefono sia via email. Pessimo servizio, assistenza inesistente. Sconsigliatissimi.

ordine mai arrivato e dopo un mese nemmeno il rimborso, non rispondono ne al telefono ne alle mail...suppongo non esista la farmacia...
