Ho acquistato 1 tv da questa Azienda, ottimo descrizione del prodotto e prezzi, spedizione solerte e curata. Mi sono trovato bene e penso di acquistare altro in futuro!!!

Incubo!
Ho appena acquistato da eweki una stufa di legna, al costo di circa 1200 euro. La stufa mi è stata consegnata danneggiata, da un corriere, e nonostante mi fosse stato chiesto di non firmare alcuna ricevuta di consegna, successivamente mi è stata inviata una ricevuta (firmata da qualcuno che non ero io) come ' prova' che avevo accettato la stufa come 'in buono stato'. Eweki non si assume alcuna responsabilità e si è rifiutato di rimborsare il mio pagamento. Questo è vergognoso!

********** E DISONESTI. NON COMPRATE DA LORO, da evitare sono peggio della *****. Vendono prodotti danneggiati internamente in scatole in perfette condizioni. Non danno diritto al recesso o reso, anche se firmi con riserva. Si attaccano alle spedizioni dicendo che la colpa è dei corrieri e non rimborsano nulla. Dopo un paio di mail smettono di rispondere. Fate PENA.

Lavabo arrivato dopo la data stabilita, merce da buttare crepata a metà, messo la riserva al fattorino, aperto il pacco dopo 5 min chiamato e denunciato il fatto. Niente da fare non cambiano il lavabo. Comprate altrove mai successo con altre aziende

La piastra non sembra essere di acciaio ma di alluminio e quindi si sporca spesso e volentieri e bisogna fare molta attenzione a non sporcare i panni da stirare. Il ferro è stato acquistato da pochi mesi e guardate nella foto come ha ridotto la base di appoggio. Sconsigliatissimo.
