Assenza di supporto nel rimborso
Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato un biglietto per un evento, ma sfortunatamente per alcuni problemi di salute ho dovuto richiedere il rimborso qualche giorno prima dello stesso. Nella pagina dell'evento infatti, vi era espressamente scritto "politica di rimborso: fino ad un giorno prima dell'evento". Da lì a qualche giorno non avevo ancora ricevuto aggiornamenti sullo stato del mio rimborso e così ho deciso di contattare, per più volte, sia l'organizzatore dell'evento che il sito Eventbrite. Non ho MAI ricevuto risposta, da nessuna delle due parti.
