Ho effettuato un ordine il 6maggio ed effettuato il pagamento con carta di credito. Mercoledì 11 maggio non avendo avuto notizie dell'ordine sollecito su Whatsapp, dove vengo informata che 3 dei 4 prodotti ordinati sono esauriti. Rimaniamo d'accordo per il rimborso dei prodotti esauriti e la spedizione di quello presente. Ad oggi 13/5 l'ordine è ancora in preparazione Sul sito non è presente la sezione RECLAMI Inoltre vi è scritto che l'ordine viene spedito il primo giorno lavorativo successivo il pagamento
