Dopo avere verificato che non c'era taglia alternativa si è scusato (lui) il giorno dopo sono stato interamente rimborsato! AFFIDABILISSIMI - GENTILI-COMPETENTI! Pessimo, ho effettuato un ordine e dopo 15gg nessuno si è fatto vivo nonostante le diverse mail di richiesta informazioni sullo stato della spedizione. Nemmeno si sono degnati di rispondere.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe ho chiesto di aprire un reso (con pagamento spedizione a carico mio) il rimborso non è mai stato fatto. Dopo tanti solleciti mi dicono che avevano fatto il rimborso. Dopo 3 mesi controllo il saldo paypal ma nulla, all'ennesima telefonata viene fatto finalmente il rimborso ma se non avessi chiamato avrebbero fatto finta di niente..............
