Non conforme
Prodotto ordinato arrivato nei tempi previsti ma all'interno ho trovato una confezione aperta con relativa perdita di liquido. Perche no vengono inseriti in sacchetti di plastica onde evitare l'inconveniente? Possibile che non si possa contattare telefonicamente ma solo tramite mail? Non posso giudicare il prodotto perché fuoriuscito dal flacone.
